ABOUT

SASE NORTHEAST REGIONAL CONFERENCE

The annual Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers (SASE) Northeast Regional Conference (NERC) on February 22, 2020 at the Marriott Boston Quincy Hotel is the largest SASE conference in the Northeast Region bringing together more than 30 collegiate chapters. At NERC, you can expect to hear from inspiring speakers, attend helpful workshops, connect with dozens of prestigious companies, and meet up with your one and only SASE fam! This year's theme "Expanding Horizons" challenges you to expand your horizons as we learn how to explore, excel, and empower in everything we do. Hope to see you there!

  • Explore
  • We encourage our attendees to think with an open mind and to broaden their horizons. Navigating the uncharted waters the future holds can be quite challenging at times, and that’s why we want to inspire you to continue to move forward with confidence. We hope that with these workshops, you can gain a new perspective on your desired career path or at the least, change how you think about life post-college. Regardless of the outcome, you will obtain useful tips that should help you find success in life.

  • Excel
  • We want to encourage our attendees to break the status quo and not settle on just being average. With these workshops, you should be able to obtain tips/advice from those who are experienced, which can help you carve out your future and guide you on your way to success.

  • Empower
  • Not only do we want to help our attendees find their own success, we also want to help them become an inspiration to others. Learn how to foster the next generation of leaders, and in the process of growing, inspire others to improve and flourish.
